Dr Francis Roy has restored the vision of thousands of patients since 1991. These achievements where possible using a comprehensive array of surgical techniques with the help of the Excimer laser ( Lasik and PRK) to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism, or intraocular lens implantation for older patients (cataract surgery). We also have developed an expertise in strabism surgery with adjustable sutures and rehabilitation of keratoconus.
